Jesse Phillips is an IT consultant, business owner, entrepreneur, and community advocate who has lived in Winter Springs since 2017. He co-founded the Winter Springs Community Association in 2019 to promote transparency, accountability, and resident engagement in local government. Jesse also founded the Winter Springs Water Quality Initiative, which has played a key role in exposing critical issues in the city’s water system and advocating for lasting improvements.
Having served on the Tuscawilla Lighting and Beautification Board (TLBD) and a regular advocate for residents at city meetings, Jesse has been actively involved in city affairs, working to improve infrastructure, ensure responsible spending, and hold local leaders accountable. When not working for fighting for a better Winter Springs, Jesse supports his wife Rebekah who runs The Regent Academy, which provides home education support services for over 100 Central Florida families. A University of Central Florida graduate and longtime Seminole County resident, Jesse remains committed to advocating for policies that enhance the quality of life in Winter Springs.
